Minimum revenue guarantee of at least 75K/year to the domain expert/consultant.

Prometheus includes multiple exit paths designed to preserve founder-grade optionality as traction grows.

TheAgentic Buyout Option

TheAgentic can buy out the founder with a one-time payment equal to 5× net ARR (minimum $1M) plus 7.5% royalty for 3 years after buyout.

Founder-Triggered Buyout

Available after reaching $100K ARR and 4+ customers. Founder can force buyout at 2.5× net revenue plus 7.5% royalty for 3 years.

Spin-Out Into Your Own Venture

Founder issues equity to TheAgentic valued at 5× net revenue (minimum $1M) on a SAFE, converting in founder's next funding round.
